Clients driveway was flooding from old 8x8 border and trying to wash down with the eroding bank in several areas. Removed old border, trenched and installed heavy gauge and small gauge fencing with rebar reinforcements. Filled trench with gravel and set 2 layers of retaining wall blocks for the new border. Then added dirt and mulch to the bank. Water drains now and the primary area of drainage on the bank will be turned into a dry ditch with stone.

Our heavy rains were eating away at the driveway, no surprise there! Dug out and widened the ditch, installed rock on the driveway side to prevent erosion and allow flow on the yard side. Dug out the buried culvert and dug a water flow path through the woods. Added new gravel.

Refinished the roof on this RV. Bleach and wash. Removed ac’s, sanded surface, wiped clean, resealed all seams and joints, coated twice with roof sealant, reinstalled ac’s.

Finished this drop ceiling for a client, had to get a bit creative to make it work but am pleased with the results.

Remove old railroad tie walls, install drainage, add fill dirt and grade yard and patio area, add soil, sow grass seed. Build steps, bed borders, and retaining walls with gravel backing for drainage and protection against push out. Install pea gravel patio and mulch.
