Hi, here are before and afters of an apartment we just finished. We had to oil prime the stained trim, we had to put 3 coats of Benjamin Moore semigloss on top of the primer, the master bath had wallpaper on the walls, we removed it and primed the walls, and then we skim coated it 3 times before we painted. Hi, here we have before and afters of an exterior we just finished, this house has not been painted in 30 years. First we power washed the house, we scraped off any loose paint from the stucco, the small metal roof had a hole in it, so I used 2 coats of bondo and a screen patch to seal it up, then we painted 3 coats on the stucco, 2 coats on the shutters and the Fypons above the windows and front door, and painted 2 coats of an oil based paint on the small metal roof, the house turned out great, call or text me for a free estimate 570-428-5150 www.ronscustompainting.com located in Bloomfield
