This old 100 amp panel was full of space saver breakers and was getting pretty overloaded eventually losing all 230 volt circuits from heat damage. Due to this being a safety hazard these particular customers got priority service and We swapped out that old panel for a new 200 amp Square D panel box. We did away with all the subpanels and brought the electrical system back up to par.

Here's some minisplit systems we hooked up and performed the start-up on all 3 systems. These units were already mounted and were customer supplied They just needed someone to hook them up and charge them properly. So that is what we did.

Here's a 5 ton Comfortmaker gas package unit we changed out today in the Bluff for Sevita. We took out the old Rheem 4 ton that was old and undersized. This should help tremendously on the comfort brought to this home. Thank you for your repeat business. We really appreciate it!

We put this 1.5 ton Comfortmaker condenser and a new evaporator coil in a new system that was originally set up for heat only. We are just waiting for a new 230v circuit to be run to the outdoor unit and we will do a start up. And call this project done. We just wanted to thank Danielle Markham for her business. Here's an update on the 2- 3 ton Comfortmaker heatpump systems we just finished in Dexter. Here are some before and after pics as the process went along. Ultimately both systems worked out great and will operate smoothly for years to come. We would like to thank Mr and Mrs. Kettman's for their business!

Here's some before and after pics from a 2 system change out that we got half done last Friday. Both are 3 ton heat pump systems. Turned out great but we still have the lower level system to go. We'll update you as progress is made.
