Here's a change out I finished up for Toby and Leah Ann Rodgers in Advance yesterday. We removed the old Lennox equipment and we went back with a 4 ton Comfortmaker 96% high efficiency gas furnace with matching evaporator coil and condensing unit. Not only did they upgrade to more efficient equipment but also gives them peace of mind knowing they are backed by a 10 year warranty from the manufacturer that if a problem should arise, it will be taken care of. I would personally like to say thank you again to Toby and Leah Ann for their business.

We finished up this new construction rough in today at the lake. We installed a Comfortmaker 4 ton heat pump package unit system and custom duct work. Turned out to be a pretty good little project.

This old 100 amp panel was full of space saver breakers and was getting pretty overloaded eventually losing all 230 volt circuits from heat damage. Due to this being a safety hazard these particular customers got priority service and We swapped out that old panel for a new 200 amp Square D panel box. We did away with all the subpanels and brought the electrical system back up to par.

Here's some minisplit systems we hooked up and performed the start-up on all 3 systems. These units were already mounted and were customer supplied They just needed someone to hook them up and charge them properly. So that is what we did.

Here's a 5 ton Comfortmaker gas package unit we changed out today in the Bluff for Sevita. We took out the old Rheem 4 ton that was old and undersized. This should help tremendously on the comfort brought to this home. Thank you for your repeat business. We really appreciate it!

We put this 1.5 ton Comfortmaker condenser and a new evaporator coil in a new system that was originally set up for heat only. We are just waiting for a new 230v circuit to be run to the outdoor unit and we will do a start up. And call this project done. We just wanted to thank Danielle Markham for her business.
