Sometimes with our work, you’d never know there was a change!
This client was in a low-lying flood zone and riddled issues of water shed flooding the basement through a dropped garage door. Trench drains were not an option here (and in fact was a failing point). The fix - get rid of the huge hole in the foundation with new waterproofing membrane and flatted out the driveway.
