I am offering a home maintenance program for $30 a month. This program includes a hot water tank flush once a yr, clean gutters twice a yr single story only, Check and replace air filters, check and replace batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, check sinks for drainage issues and if so clean the pea trap, check all doors for issues, clean the AC unit, then inspect interior and exterior for any issue.
