Check out this job we started and finished yesterday!

We took these 4x4 posts and wrapped them with red cedar boards, and then wrapped the top with 1x4 boards, and the bottom with 1x6 to give the posts more profile.

During this bathroom remodel, we had to make sure that we made it ADA accessible to accommodate the homeowners needs.

We took the original 30” door opening and widened it to a 36” door opening in order for their wheel chair to go through with ease.

We removed the toilet, vanity, tub surround, and tile flooring and stripped it down to bare bones.

After demo, we came back in and installed the fiberglass tub surround, hung and finished drywall, laid vinyl plank flooring, set the vanity, trimmed out, then installed an ADA accessible toilet.

The homeowner was thrilled with their new bathroom, and it will better meet their needs from now on.

Getting some floor leveler down to ensure a smooth, flat surface for an upcoming 2,000+ square foot vinyl plank install.

Check this out! We came in and layed 2,000 square feet of luxury vinyl plank in just a few days! Once our drywaller and painter are finished, we will then come back through and put on new cove base trim.

Here’s an inside look at what we’ve been doing this week!

In the first 6 pictures, we started with a 3-0 exterior door that we were removing to install a 5 foot sliding door. Upon removal of the original door, we discovered rotted sub floor and a rotted section of rim board.

We fixed the rot, framed in our new opening for the sliding door, replaced sub-siding and installed new Tyvek before installing the new door!

The last 3 pictures are of a flooring job we started yesterday afternoon.

We layed 1,000 square feet of flooring in just over 8 hours total! We will be posting more pictures of the flooring job over the next week.
