Finished probably my favorite project of the past 10 years! It also happened to be the last project we were under contract to finish. We took the existing deck and expanded it, resurfaced, re framed, and built on to create this beauty!

This is an amazing outdoor space complete with a Pergola, new patio, gas fire pit and running water feature. We also went with a natural stone retaining wall and river gravel for the perimeter.

We also added a spiral staircase to really make this unique.

The client of course had the vision, we were just lucky enough to make it a reality.

Thanks to Scott Taylor for helping with the concrete.

Added a 24’x24’ addition to include Master bedroom/bathroom with a new kitchen and laundry room.
We opened up the back of this home to really make it a welcoming space for the family.
Custom cabinetry and quartz tops set on luxury vinyl flooring. We re sided the whole house to match and built a deck for the client to enjoy the “lovely” Indiana weather.

Just a light touchup to this existing kitchen, painted cabinets, new tops, backsplash and pulls. Replaced the flooring in the main living area to include the kitchen. this is an ongoing project with several rooms being done and once the entire project is complete we will post all the updates.

Finally finished up a great clients project! We installed the foundations and built the porch to include finishes and the client had the concrete installed by Mike Langley Concrete. This really added a lot of detail to the front of the home, and gives a great place to relax and watch the deer!

Finished another shower today, will be posting more photos later but wanted to get these on. Large 5’x9’ double shower with Delta fixtures. Classic black and whit look is perfect for this shower. Clients did most of the demo of the original bathtub area.
