🎉 We Have a Winner for the Next Phase Roof Giveaway! 🎉 🏠

We are absolutely thrilled to announce the recipient of our free roof giveaway.

We received so many touching nominations, but this story truly moved our entire team.
Grab a tissue, this nomination will have you emotional if you are anything like us. (A reminder why we wanted to do something like this, to help our community and the community members who need our help the most)

A local resident reached out to nominate his parents.
His father is a lifelong resident of Bloomington and a Vietnam veteran.
At 78 years old, he actually had to re-enter the workforce just to help cover mounting medical expenses, his wife a retired nurse who battles severe arthritis.
Living on a fixed income, healthcare costs kept things incredibly tight for this hardworking couple.
Their current roof is 30 years old and had started to leak.
They were considering taking out a second mortgage to replace it, a devastating financial burden to anyone, but especially a couple in their late 70s still trying to make ends meet.
We couldn't stand by and let that happen!

We are so honored to step in and select this incredibly deserving veteran and his wife as the winners of our roof giveaway!

We will be sharing more about his amazing story, and taking you along for the journey as we deliver and install them a brand-new roof very soon.

🏠 We are excited to announce that a winner has been selected for our Free Roof Giveaway!

After reviewing many deserving nominations, we have chosen a very deserving community member who is truly in need of a new roof. This incredible project is made possible through a partnership between NextPhase Construction and Cleaning with Integrity Xteriors LLC providing the material, and JMMA Roofing generously providing the labor.

We are honored to come together to make a difference for someone in our community. Follow along throughout the week as we share more about this initiative and introduce the winner.

You may have noticed that our presence on social media has been less active than usual in recent months, and we would like to share the reason.

Over the past few weeks months, our owner has been facing health-related challenges. During this time, our primary focus shifted to what matters most: family, health, and honoring our commitments. Rather than continuing with regular marketing efforts and business promotions, we believed it was important to first uphold a promise we made to our community.

Our Roof Giveaway initiative has remained a priority throughout this period.

Although things may have appeared quiet publicly, a significant amount of work has been taking place behind the scenes. We have dedicated countless hours to reviewing nominations, learning about the remarkable stories of local families, and carefully evaluating how we could make the greatest positive impact.

The reality is that selecting a recipient has proven to be an exceptionally difficult decision. The stories we received were both inspiring and humbling, and many touched our hearts in ways we never expected.

Because of the overwhelming support, incredible nominations, and the generosity of those who continue to support Next Phase Roofing, we are currently exploring the possibility of assisting more than one deserving homeowner through this year’s Roof Giveaway program.

While final details are still being determined, we wanted to assure everyone that this initiative is very much moving forward and has never been forgotten.

This opportunity is only possible because of our community, our valued customers, and everyone who believes in and supports Next Phase.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and kindness during this season. Thank you for allowing us the time to approach this process with care, thoughtfulness, and integrity. We look forward to sharing more information soon and celebrating the deserving family—or families—we are able to help.
