Too good not to share . . . You get what you pay for 🫣. Cheaper is not always better.

I love when people say “I’ll have someone else draw it and you just stamp it”. Ok then when you need surgery are you going to have jaut anyone do the hard part and just ask for the Dr to come in and review and sew you up?

Christmas thank You’s are always appreciated but this one was a home run this year. It’s cookies in what looks like a roll of drawings. Hats off to the designer of this packaging, well done!

Another project recently completed with T Ross Brothers Construction. This building was an impressive 200’x300’ with only and center bearing column allowing for 100’x300’ open spans for their expanding manufacturing facility. Shell appears simple but code complicated project due to the size of the existing building and new building to ensure egress safety

ArchCentral provide the architectural sealed drawings for this addition. The size of the existing plant is amazing and they continue to expand. So many products used around the US are manufactured in Central PA. Keep an eye out for the larger addition that is next.

Another job complete and celebrated today with an indoor ribbon cutting due to the weather! Fairlawn Church in Coghan Station added a multipurpose building to their campus complete with a gym, childrens gym, youth room and open gathering space. This was a design build project with Tross Brothers Construction. Lots of code obstacles to avoid as they didn't have the resources for a sprinkler that was very limiting and the prior design was way over budget. As a team we were able to work to bring their dream to reality within the budget.

Another project under construction this week. This is the start of a new multipurpose center addition to a local church. The entire load bearing structure will be ICF block.
