A little real talk from the workbench today: this package is going out at a financial loss for the studio. 🙋‍♀️💸

A few days ago, I let my mental checklist sprint far ahead of my actual hands. I rushed the backend process, skipped the double-check, and made a listing error that cost me out of pocket. But a business mistake on my end is never the community’s fault.

With the Moon shifting into curious, communicative Gemini today, it felt like the perfect time to pull back the curtain and be entirely transparent about the dual sides of running a handmade business. There’s the beautiful, creative side—and then there’s the practical, human backend where mistakes happen.

Wrapping this order up for Aly with the exact same love and care as any other isn’t just about business ethics; it’s about remembering that human trust will always outweigh a profit margin. 🌿

There’s an old piece of studio wisdom that always finds its way back to me when the world starts moving too fast: the thread will tell you exactly how hard you are pulling. > 🧶
If you rush a stitch, the fabric bunches. If you pull too tight, it breaks. The materials we work with have their own natural boundaries, and today’s grounding Ta**us Moon is asking us to respect those boundaries in our own lives, too. 🌿
When I came into the studio I had a massive list of things to conquer. But the moment my fingers touched the yarn,I realized the energy was calling for a story, not a sprint. So, I took a breath, slowed my hands, and just let the design unfold at its own pace. It turns out, the quietest days often yield the most beautiful work.

It’s a classic crafter’s trap: taking something that is already perfectly pretty, and then adding to it, and adding to it, until you’ve completely overcomplicated the process. 🙋‍♀️

That’s exactly how this batch of Frankenstein wax melts happened. I kept mixing our vibrant pastel scraps, trying to chase a perfect vision, until the whole thing turned into a murky, muddy brown muck. It felt discouraging, and it definitely wasn’t the plan.

But today’s fiery Aries moon energy is a reminder to keep moving through the hesitation. I didn’t scrap the batch. I kept pouring, kept trusting, and let the elements settle

The result? A collection of rich, earthy, beautifully rustic melts with a mystery scent that is completely intoxicating. It’s less than what I originally planned, but somehow, it’s so much more. 🌈✨

This collection is just stunning and the scent Matcha mornings just smells like a soft cozy whimsical way to start your day to day! A scent full of rituals and routines to help ignite the will to carry on with boring task! Or to calm the mind and focus! Rich in fresh ground matcha at its base but a hint of sweet creamy milk to balance out this beautiful blend.
