H”Evan’s Homestead’s very own namesake… Evan processed 10 chickens all by himself this weekend!
Look at what a beautiful job he did on these birds!
Good job son! We are so proud of you! Now that’s some good eating right there!

Had a visitor come by the Homestead. Actually, Christy and I saw someone hit a deer at 5am this morning at rainbow crossing. They were cutting the horns off like it was some kind of trophy kill 😂 I loaded the the deer up and brought it home.
Evan put some meat in the freezer.
80+ lbs of free meat.

We love having our own processing shed.
