Just a couple shots of the Historic 1930’s Flourtown Renovation we are finishing up! We gutted the entire house, and over the last 7 months, brought life back to this old home, while the clients were in Florida! Transformation is an understatement. I can’t wait to show all of the before and after pictures! 🤯 This was a Huge job for me to take on since taking over the business and I am so proud, esp of my crew, for executing my vision & design throughout this whole process. I had a hand in every single part of this reno and have learned more in the last couple months then in my whole career! I have been so blessed with wonderful clients who trust me and let me take the reins. During this there were ups and downs like with any renovation, late nights and early mornings, dragging a toddler to job sites at all hours, really building a partnership with Ryan & let’s not leave out, battling all day morning sickness for a couple weeks! My poor guys! 🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s going to be bitter sweet walking away from this job. Ryan and I have grown to love this home, but we are excited to see what’s in store for the future of AJP!! What a transformation! (2nd pic is Before) We made this existing Jack and Jill bathroom into a hall bathroom. Closed the doors from the bedrooms and opened up a door from the hall & moved the toilet to the opposite wall to allow for a larger vanity. This bathroom is in a 90 yr old home, so renovations were no joke! We upgraded all the existing plumbing and electric and reinforced the floor joists and installed a new modern radiator unit!! So excited with this bathroom revamp!! 🙌🏼

This is what a start of a kitchen renovation looks like. I layout the kitchen after removing any walls that need to be eliminated, move plumbing and electric to accommodate the new layout and fulfill all of my clients needs and wants! Being able to show my clients a layout & elevations of the new proposed project, helps them visualize what it will look like and more importantly gets them excited to start the renovation process. Any renovation can be stressful and confusing but with a clear vision, everyone involved stays stress free and on the same page! My goal is to make this experience for my clients one of the best and take the stress off of them! 🙌🏼🛠❤️
