Join Spencer for beers and learning this Friday here at Mainescape!

Hi all! I just noticed that an event I am super excited about this Friday never made it onto Facebook.

Join Spencer Janney of Naiad and Mainescape and Will from Mad Scientist Beer Education at Mainescape Garden Shop this Friday from 3-5pm to learn about British brewing traditions, history and how English beer progressed and ended up forming the foundation of the American Craft Brewing scene (especially in Maine).

Included with your ticket will be 5 sample beers - three Naiad offerings based on original English styles and two fresh English Imports.

Come enjoy a beer at the Garden Center (hopefully outside if the weather cooperates but in the new brewery that is under construction if it’s soggy out - you would get a special sneak peek!)

Mother’s Day weekend is off to a great start! What a beautiful day.

B.H.C.S Bakesale to support the 6th grade is underway in the glasshouse. Come encourage these enterprising kids and get a tasty treat!

Organic veggies and herbs, annual flowers, hanging baskets, perennials, native grasses and more are all out and looking beautiful.
