Aji Marchant. Seeds, $4/pack. A really great garden addition for the pepper sauce / dry rub / pepper salt makers. This is an easy to grow pepper with medium Aji heat and an amazing red fruit aroma. Semi-thick walls give this Aji a bit of bulk. Dehydrate for a very aromatic flake, or smoke first for a delicious dry rub. Orange Carbonero are a staple in my garden every year, and every year I hand-select from the prettiest, sturdiest, largest and most prolific for my seed stash. They are some of the first to set fruit and are generally pest-resistant and rarely need staking. Beautiful, pale-orange color will make pretty sauce or flakes, with a level of heat that won't blow you away! Seeds available, and some SFRBs of pods will be available during the year, ship priority mail US only. PM me for details on boxes or seeds!

The wonderful world of Peppers... This beautiful pepper is a mystery - In 2020 I had a traditional Datil plant that had multiple stalks coming from the root ball - one of which had little red peppers on it. I saved those seeds and planted them last year, and again this year, and this is what they've become... I don't know if they're a red, fruitier version of a Datil or if they're a cross, but they've got a nice fruity aroma, mid-level heat (but less than a full-blown Datil), and a beautiful shape & color.
