Renovation work does not always happen in a perfectly clean, step-by-step order. Sometimes a project calls for a little creativity, a little problem-solving, and a willingness to step in and keep things moving. In this case, just one section needed insulation so the bathtub and wall surround could be installed, even though the rest of the space was not ready yet. That is what true professionalism looks like. Knowing what needs to happen, staying flexible, and not being afraid to get your hands on the project when it matters.

Some features carry too much character to replace. This original fireplace was one of them. We loved the stone, the midcentury modern feel, and the way it naturally creates a place to gather. Keeping it helped preserve the heart of the home while letting the rest of the space grow around it.
