Water intrusion going over the sill plate made for a disaster on this improper installation of a add on
Our crew is working hard at removing all the mold , digging down to make an actual crawl so the floor joists aren’t touching the ground, then replacing rotten sill plates and v***r barrier before putting this floor back together we are also adding sump pumps in the crawl to get rid of water that enters in and around her add on from rain etc..
