This is a job we completed earlier this year. There was an existing extruded metal screen porch. We converted that to an all-season room with a poolside pavilion. The brick on the house was no longer available, so everything got wrapped in stacked stone veneer. The floor for the pavilion is pavers with a concrete base. It costs a bit more than normal paver base but will not settle with age, which is desirable if it is in the budget to do so.
The homeowners were incredibly happy with this addition, and it created a resort like area at their home. As usual, these were wonderful homeowners to work with, and we were excited to give them a space that they can enjoy for years to come! I say it all the time, but Payload Construction really does have the best customers!
