Adding character to Project Silk Road has been one of those slow, intentional processes where every room tells part of the story. Room by room, we’ve layered in pieces that feel collected, personal, and deeply connected to the people who live here.

In the bedroom, we wanted to create a moment of drama and warmth, so we designed a custom fireplace surround centered around this incredible vintage fireplace grate. The couple found it tucked away in a small antique shop during their travels years ago and held onto it ever since — convinced the right home would eventually reveal itself.

And here it is. A piece once discovered on the road now grounding the heart of their home, inspiring an architectural feature that feels as though it has always belonged here. That’s the magic of designing with meaning instead of simply filling a space.

From a monumental scope on paper to a living, breathing community hub. The Boca Falls Clubhouse is officially complete. 🛠️✨

This project marked a milestone for our firm , pushing us into a scope of work we’ve never done before. The journey was a masterclass in trusting the process—from the initial, tactile mood boards to the final, sweeping structural walkthroughs. We set out to create a space that feels both incredibly elevated and completely functional for everyday life, and we couldn't be prouder of the result.

The Borghese Edit ✨
From New York to Florida ✈️
This empty nester made a big move—and as someone who’s lived that transition myself, I knew this was more than just a design project.

We refreshed the space and we got a little controversial (yes, I flipped the Uttermost mirror 😅) -your welcome !
We added an extendable dining table that fits the space and the family when they’re all together. Its amazing what an intentional home refresh can do to the mind and body. Since then? Countless gatherings, a Florida home that feels just right, and most important.. a happy client!

This living room redo was all about balance. We’re in love with how the artwork and chandelier anchor this living room, while the sleeper sofa adds the perfect dose of practicality. With five kids who visit often, our goal was to create a space where everyone can unwind comfortably. So welcoming, and unmistakably home. ✨
