Where most roofers only want to install a new roof and avoid leak repairs, KLS specializes in focused repairs that keep your existing roof alive through its full life. In our case we had roof vent boots that were failing and leaking after twenty years in the sun. One, a concentric attic furnace vent needed to be replaced in coordination with my HVAC contractor while installing a new heating and AC system. KLS was able to be on site and coordinate with the HVAC crew in the attic while he was on the roof. They didn’t just slide rubber repair collars over the old flashing boots. The skill of tje KLS team allowed them to gently lift twenty year old shingles and replace the entire flashing making those seals literally as good as new. All this on a roof that is as steep as they come, and three stories high in back. I am very happy with the work and the cost.”
