Flip It Friday!

Here we have a beautiful curved staircase! This staircase is what we call a “high-traffic area”. As you can see the carpet here is matted and flattened making the stairs look dull and flat. As if there is no padding underneath! 🙄☹️👎🥀 After changing the carpet you can see how the stairs appear to have
more cushion! You can even feel the difference walking on them with shows on! 🌻🌹👌👍👏🏼😃

What I really appreciated from Individual Creations was when I went there for a part replacement on my truck they understood how fast I needed it back. Without my rig at the time, I was out of commission. 🥺 Individual Creations got my part replaced and put me back on the road by Monday Morning!

One of the things we pride ourselves on is communication with our customers. Here we have a bathroom that caught us AND the homeowner off guard! After tearing the floor out we found the floor had rotted near the toilet from an unknown leak! We made sure to review all possible options with this customer to find a fix for his floor before proceeding!
