I couldn't wait to post this. I once had someone laugh and ask if I buy my reviews. Here is proof I do not. I do pride myself on my customer service and am sad this client didn't feel satisfied with my services. Unfortunately, sometimes the one to deliver the bad news is the bad guy. I take my job seriously. Luckily, all they paid was a consult fee. I did offer them a discount to explore their project further, stating the outcome will be the same, but we would have more concrete numbers. I invite anyone unhappy with the city guidelines to put in formal complaints and try to make change happen.
