Now is the perfect time to apply pre-emergent treatments to your lawn and beds! Weeds tend to pop up pretty quickly in the spring and its definitely easier to prevent them from cropping up than it is to try and fight them later!

Crabgrass is one of the most annoying invaders to your lawn. Put down a pre-emergent treatment to your lawn to catch it before it starts to take over because no one likes digging holes in the yard to get rid of crabgrass!

Do you know how much water your lawn needs?
The temps right now are SCORCHING hot. 🥵 A good rule of thumb for a normal summer would be to water for 30-45 minutes per zone, every other day. Soil here in the Treasure Valley prefers to be given a big "gulp" a few times a week instead of given "sips" every day. Right now, it'd be a good idea to increase that watering time about 20% per zone until our temps go back to normal.

Don't forget to set your sprinklers to NOT run on the day you plan to mow or on the day your lawn guy comes. 😉 Happy Summer! 👓🌞🔥

We’re booking last minute aeration for your lawn! Ben will be out tomorrow doing them in Eagle, Meridian, and Boise. Let me know by tonight if you want yours done! It’s recommended that everyone aerate once a year.
