Out with old in with new. Post sprinkler blow out upgrade. Owner will backfill dirt and a lid is being painted prior to install.

LVP install. They wanted a whole house seamless look. This appears unfinished without baseboards. Owner opted to complete that. Came out very nice! High traffic and waterproof for all their pets.
