We gutted the old carpet and trim, repaired the rotted and broken subfloor in the places that it was necessary,painted, installed the lvp, appliances, andcabinets, and finishing up we set the tile for the backsplash. Here is another small drywall patch job. Used arch metal for curve on the cap above the stairs. Sun valley finish there and the small patch was in the laundry room and that was skip trowel with sand.
