It’s a great time of year to think about adding a protective metal wainscot to your cabin!

Back in October, I installed this on an older cabin in McCall that was taking a beating from the elements. This galvanized metal skirting now protects the lower part of the siding from snow, moisture, and general wear and tear.

Most newer builds include this kind of protection, but if you’ve got an older cabin, it’s a great upgrade to help preserve your mountain cabin for years to come.

External Work - another challenge I’ll accept.

I was told my photo skills need to improve from the old lady, so hopefully you can see the details.

Here’s a small external project I did last week for a client. Rotted siding all the way down to the exterior sheathing.

It was an easy fix and the weather is great for these external projects, let’s get them done!

Here’s a more simple project I recently completed - This was an unfinished closet, where I finished the drywall, added shelves, trim and a door.

I often finish up sections in homes that have been put off and are incomplete. Homeowners usually have a hard time finding businesses that will take on small projects and don’t have the time to do it themselves.
