☆PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS☆

• I take all payments by paypal
• A full payment is required before I start your commission
• You may request a full refund, if the commission is not started
• You are eligible to receive a partial refund of 50% if materials are already purchased and I will send you the materials purchased
• You are eligible to receive a partial refund of 20% if only the

head base is done
•You will not be able to get a refund if your commission is more then 80% complete
