😳 If THIS comes back on the sewer cable, your pipe has a bigger problem.

We accessed the main line through a 6-inch cleanout, ran our drain-cleaning equipment, and pulled back a bunch of tree roots that had worked their way into the sewer.

Roots usually mean there’s a crack, separated joint, or opening somewhere in the line—so clearing them restores flow, but a camera inspection can help show exactly where they’re getting in.

🚨 The sewer cleanout was hiding behind a laundry sink… and the roots were waiting for us. 🌳

On this job, the main sewer cleanout was located in the garage behind a laundry sink, so we had to remove the sink just to get proper access.

Once we got into the line and started rodding, we ended up pulling back tree roots from the sewer. That’s a strong sign there’s an opening somewhere in the pipe that may need further investigation.

💡 If your sewer keeps backing up or your toilets start gurgling, don’t ignore it. A camera inspection can help find where roots or damage are entering the line.

🚽 This toilet was completely packed with waste and toilet paper. 😳

We ran a toilet auger through the trap, broke up the blockage, restored the flow, and gave everything a good cleanup before we left.

🚨 When sewage starts backing up into the bathtub, you know there’s a problem. 😳

This main sewer line was blocked, leaving the bathtub full of sludge. We removed the toilet, covered the bathroom with protective plastic, and cleaned the sewer line—pulling back tree roots in the process. 🌳

It was definitely a messy one, but proper protection made cleanup much easier once the line was flowing again.

🚿 A worn shower cartridge can cause more problems than you think.

On this job, we replaced a Moen 1225B tub and shower cartridge using the Moen cartridge puller to safely remove the old cartridge from the valve body.

A failing cartridge can lead to dripping, stiff handle operation, poor temperature control, or reduced flow. Having the right tool makes the repair much easier—especially when an old cartridge has been stuck in the valve for years.
