Back in the fall, we decided to try some new varieties in our garden, specialty daffodils, tulips, and ranunculus, not knowing how they'd do or if it would be too much work for us to overwinter them. Well....the verdict is in...the flowers are blooming, the flower pickers are beaming, and there are some gorgeous bouquets around the house!

We just did a small plot of these flowers, since it was a trial, so we don't have very many extra bouquets. If you're interested, private message me and I'll let you know what we have available!

Welcome spring!!!

With so many consecutive days over a 100 and no rain, most of our lovely flowers came to their end sooner than we expected. However, we have a few outstanding varieties that have continued to flourish through the past two months' severe weather. We don't have enough for bouquets at the farmer's markets, but the girls did try their hand at fresh floral crowns yesterday, and they turned out gorgeous. If you would like one for a special occasion (or any occasion for that matter...what girl doesn't like a lovely floral crown?!?!), let us know and we'd be happy to put one together for you!

The showoffs of the garden....we've been gone for almost a month, and these flowers are trying to prove they've got what it takes to survive in the Texas summer. Give them 100+ temps, no rain, minimal watering, no human nurturing, weeding, or care, etc, and they flourish! Those are the kind of things we like to grow in our garden!🤣.

Limited bouquets available for pick-up or meet-up.

The girls are quickly getting the hang of all the things...set up, take down, change making, customer service! Who knew growing flowers would come with so many wonderful lessons?!?!

Keep an eye out for us at local farmer's markets! It's hit or miss whether we make it to them (sick babies, daddy at work, out of town)...but our farm is always open and the girls are happy to whip up bouquets for pickup or delivery! Bouquets range from $5-10 (depending on size and delivery/pickup method)!

Welcome to our farm! It's been a work in progress for 5 years (and even longer in our minds). Jeremiah and I (Nicole) live with our 5 sweet children on 25 acres outside of Bonham, Texas. This year, we've ventured outside our comfort zone with the "encouragement" of our little entrepreneurs (Bella and Cecily), who decided they wanted to sell cut flowers under the name "Two Bonnie Bairns". We figured we might as well join them and sell the excess from our large family garden. It's our aspiration to bring you healthy, delicious produce and beautiful cut flower arrangements...whether in person or only through photos.

Pictured below are the two lovely ladies leading the charge, along with their sidekick (me). Soon, we'll introduce you to the brawn behind the operation (Jeremiah) and our two faithful gophers (Caleb and Joshua). Our youngest daughter, Maggie, might sneak in a picture or two, but not because she does anything special in this operation, just because she's cute.

Thanks for stopping by and supporting our aspiring florists/gardeners!
