Replaced the old Genie with a new Chamberlain 3/4hp Belt Drive that comes with Wifi, Built in Camera, Battery Back Up, 2 Remotes and 1 Keypad

Both Springs and Bottom weather seal were replaced as well!

Wild what can happen in the middle of the night when drunk drivers are on the road.

One of the residents here had just stepped out of their car and walked inside their home, when they heard a loud noise from outside.
She stepped out the front door to look, there were skid marks from across the street, over the road, through the yard, and onto her driveway. Made the path of a car slammed into the back of her car and into the garage door.

Garage Door Specialist of Swfl llc was able to get the car out with no further damage and the door running as a temporary solution and secured again for resident's safety.

A new door was installed later
