Terms of Consignment Agreement
The effective period of your agreement will not exceed 90 calendar days from the date on which both parties have signed the agreement. ( or the date in which the merchandise arrives at the store, whichever is earlier.) Merchandise will remain in stock for 90 days. Items can be either donated or picked up by the consignor at the expiration date. Management has the right to reduce prices on items. All goods will be offered for sale at a price set by Design Room by Room, Inc. and discounted as needed. Consignment Split
Consigned merchandise is split 50% to Consignee,(Design Room by Room, Inc.), and 50% to consignor. Checks will be available for pickup in store from the 7th - 15th of each month for prior sales. Any checks not picked up by the 15th of the month will be shipped to the mailing address provided in the consignment contract. Delivery and Pick-up
Delivery of purchased items is available at rates determined by Design Room by Room, Inc. dependent upon location. Pick-up of consigned furniture is also available.
