Designed with intention, our new studio reflects the same values we bring to our work every day.

To introduce the space, we hosted a soft launch for our team, combining a full studio walkthrough with a wellness-focused experience. From operational touchpoints to moments of restoration, the day highlighted how the environment supports both productivity and wellbeing.

With Hocatt sessions led by Dr. Sayanah Janell and a sound bath experience with Meaghan P. Barry with Pique Lifestyle, the studio came to life as more than a workplace.

We believe the environments we design for others should be reflected in how we show up for our own team. This space is a continuation of that commitment.

Our next chapter, realized. 🌿

Our new CID studio at the NH2 Center - Bonita Springs is officially open, with our in-office team now working from the space as we wrap up a few final touches.

Designed for how we work today, the studio is a creative social hub—supporting collaboration, hosting clients and events, and giving our team space to pour into our purpose: creating conscious, mindful, lasting design for people and the planet. A wellness-forward environment with dedicated zones for focus, collaboration, presentation, and restoration.

Connection to nature was central to the design, with expansive glazing and rolling garage doors that open to views of the preserve and lake beyond, alongside an expanded wellness space for our team.

Looking forward to welcoming familiar and new faces into the studio soon. ✨

The Juniper and The Reserve | A two-tower, 47,029 SF residential community in Midtown Atlanta designed to feel both connected and distinct, with a focus on elevated wellness-driven amenities.

Together, the towers share a cohesive vision, anchored by a layered wellness ecosystem that supports physical, mental, and social wellbeing. At its core is Privy—a members-only wellness club envisioned with a hospitality-driven sensibility, offering a private fitness center, pool, cold plunge, infrared and dry saunas, along with dedicated meditation and massage suites. Designed as a space for both ritual and retreat, it introduces an elevated amenity experience rarely realized in multifamily.

Our work is always a reflection of partnership. To our team and collaborators, thank you. This work is the result of true alignment across an incredible group of partners: Middle Street Partners, LLC, AECOM, Brock Hudgins Architects, Brasfield & Gorrie, Kimley-Horn, Jordan & Skala Engineers, and the many creatives and contributors who helped bring this vision to life.

Suspended above the Caribbean’s most crystalline waters, Sundara Spa at Oil Nut Bay explores what it means to design for full immersion.

As the first overwater spa in Virgin Gorda, the experience begins beneath you. Glass floor panels reveal the sea below, while wraparound views and an open-air structure dissolve the boundary between built space and horizon.

Inside, the atmosphere is quiet and elemental. Soft unbleached timber, natural airflow, filtered light, and a restrained material palette create a spatial rhythm that mirrors the tide. Beyond the treatment rooms, an overwater yoga and Pilates deck extends the experience into sunrise meditations and sunset sound baths.

Here, less is more because the environment speaks for itself. The architecture doesn’t compete with the setting — it simply creates space to experience it.

Today, our team stepped out of our regular rhythms to come together for Facing Forward, our annual time to reflect, realign, and look ahead as one team. 👀✨

Facing Forward is designed with intention. It’s a moment to reconnect with one another, revisit what matters most, and set a shared direction for the year ahead. Through a virtual experience built to be interactive, reflective, and energizing, with a little curiosity and play woven in, we reviewed our 10-year, 3-year, and 1-year goals, honored peer-nominated CIDizen awards, and learned from guest speaker Meg Mayhugh on how trust, unity, and understanding our strengths shape the way we work best together. 🏆💪

Days like this reinforce the foundation of our culture: clarity, connection, and shared purpose, and help us move forward aligned in how we show up for one another, our clients, and the communities we design for. 🫶🪩

A new kind of spotlight for our Co-Founding Principal and Chief Visionary Officer, Jenn Zella, who took the stage as Keynote Speaker at the 9th Annual PowerHouse SMART Networking & Education Chicago Luxury Conference.

It marked her first keynote on a topic outside of design, creativity, and forecasting — a 60-minute reflection on leadership, culture, and the lessons learned over 25 years of building, growing, and cultivating our practice and our culture.

We’ve always been deeply focused on becoming the very best company we can be for our team, our clients, and our community. To see that commitment create a ripple effect beyond our walls and inspire others is a humbling and unexpected outcome of doing the work we love.
