I overheard two people talking about a home watch person in their upscale environment. Wow! Their home watch person had a hundred and fifty keys stolen from their truck over the weekend. When I do my home watch I carry my keys around my neck on a chain and on the days I am not doing home watch I have them safely locked in a lock box in my home and that key is attached to the inside of my purse or hooked onto my bra strap.

Every day in this business you learn something. Today I learned about doors belonging to houses on the beach. This apparently keeps the hinges, the door k**b and the door working. They key would work and the door would not open. I sought manly help and it took a 200 lb man 4 hard tugs to get it opened. I thought I was just being whimpy.
Many condos associations consider the door your responsibility, both inside and out.
Make sure you maintain your hinges and your k**bs.

I love walking into a new home. Today's new client, saw her home twice. It was completely empty. My imagination ran wild with wondering what the owner would do with her beach front property when she finally gets to move in. Tonight I sent her pictures. I was hoping to send her a sunset photo. Sadly it rained. Next visit maybe.
