We were truly blessed to have interior work with all of the rain the last two weeks. This unit had significant soot damage from the fireplace, so we thoroughly cleaned all affected areas and used a high quality oil based primer before painting. This exterior had been neglected for many many years, as you can see from the pictures. We began with a thorough pressure cleaninh, and then spent a couple of days scraping peeling paint, removing years of ivy invasion on the siding, and aulking. We primed all.of the bare wood area with an excellent peel-bond primer to ensure no further peeling. Then two coats on both the trim and siding. Pretty extensive bathroom repaint just completed in Chapel Hills area. There were moisture and mildew issues, so we had to remove popcorn textured ceiling, clean and disinfect the ceiling, walls, and trim. Then we applied a coat of oil based primer, retextured the ceiling and skimmed over the cracking paint on the walls. We reprimed the patches, and then applied two coats of satin finish to bothe the ceiling and walls, and applied semi gloss to the baseboard, door jambs, and the door. Turned out very nicely!

Some exterior work recently completed on Payne Branch. We also restained the deck and painted the barn but I apparently didnt take pictures as i thought I had, so those pics will be coming later
