This one is almost ready for the Paramus market. Nearly 9,000 SF of livable space, and we’re really excited to see it come together.

The design leans warm contemporary, with strong horizontal lines, low roof profiles, natural stone, warm wood accents, and large expanses of glass. Clean and modern, but still grounded and inviting.

We have a feeling this one is going to be a showstopper.

There is no greater privilege for us than designing a home that is truly tailored to the people who will live in it.

One of the most rewarding parts of our process is getting to know our clients. Understanding how they live, what matters to them, their routines, their priorities, and the moments they want their home to support. Every family is different, and every home should be too.

There is no perfect floor plan. What works beautifully for one family may not work for another. The proportions change, the flow changes, and the spaces evolve based on the people who will call it home.

This house is a reflection of that philosophy. Designed for a young couple and their two dogs, every decision was made with their lifestyle in mind. Creating a home that feels comfortable today while adapting to the life they hope to build in the years ahead.
