Thankful for our returning customers! I didn’t get any before photos, but we tore out the carpet and linoleum flooring and installed about 850 sq ft of luxury vinyl plank flooring in this home, as well as color matched trim!

It’s been a while! We are getting back into the swing of things after the birth of our beautiful daughter Oaklynn. I will be posting photos soon of some recent projects. Can you tell the difference? This customer need a door widened for wheel chair access… The wall was load bearing so I took out the old door and re structured the opening. Then installed and finished new drywall, a new 32” door, and color matched paint, as well as redoing the tile wall. Give me a call if you need something done!

Replaced this door today. It wouldn’t close all the way, was rotten, and just falling apart. The door was an odd size so I competely re built the rotten frame and cut down the new full view door to fit! Another happy customer!!!

Put the finishing touches on another project today. Customer stated that they wanted to add an outdoor living area to the back of their carport, so we did! Built the structure and tied in to the existing roof, toung and groove ceiling, and wrapped the rest with pine. Paver, stone, fireplace,and chimney work done by Collins Landscape!

Customer said they wanted to take these windows and turn them into a sliding glass door with a deck… What a transformation!!! Removed the windows, re framed the opening, and installed a full size sliding door. Then built a heavy duty 12x12 deck with 2x6 floor boards and sturdy handrails. Back in a few weeks to pressure wash and stain!

This customer stated that they had stepped through the floor! After removing the vanity and exposing the subfloor, a large amount of water damage was found from a leaking drain in the tub. Pulled the shower walls and tub out to expose further damage. Then repaired the leak, replaced the sub flooring, re-framed the wall, installed the shower and tub, re finished drywall and color matched the paint. Topped it off with new waterproof flooring, trim and new plumbing for the toilet and vanity!!
