They generously agreed to let us bring some to the Mother's Day Plant Sale at McMenamin's Edgefield. New to the plant world, we're sure you'll find them to be irresistible!

The fall color of our last available Chestnut Oak (Quercus montana) impresses again this October. The extra big leaves are unique and attractive on this tough species that handles summer drought and poor soils and also thrives in favorable garden conditions. This specimen is just under 3" caliper in a 45 gallon container.

We're excited to see 'City Slicker' river birches whitening up at our nursery. The lavender curls are a nice touch, as well.

River birch are resistant to the bronze birch borer that is rapidly killing other species of birch far and wide. This extra white selection is a gorgeous alternative that also shows improved tolerance of heat and drought. Additionally, it's a nice option for wet areas, as the common name implies.
We also have some 'clump' forms available with three trunks, carefully pruned.

Update! It's prime time for digging B & B trees. We have some beauties above ground in Air Pots and can dig others to order. Better hurry - spring will be here before you know it.
