I’m bad about taking before photos, this is a beautiful home we remolded in Blanchard Louisiana !! Oh man, this entire home had outdated wall paper throughout so we had to remove and repair all the walls!

Everything came out beautiful! We did a full interior and exterior renovation on this one but WE did not install the flooring in this house. So please don’t judge us on that…..

Once again, our work speaks for itself !!!

I don’t mean to rant or anything like that but I believe our company is not given much credit in this area. Big commercial companies and commercial contractors charge wayyyy more than we do and they just sub the work out. We have seen the jobs other “companies” perform in this area and honestly i can say with confidence and pride that we can compete with the “big ones” (especially in pricing) and obviously with the “cheap ones” ( always get called out to fix their work)

I could go on but I have always said, our work speaks for itself…

This is a flip we just completed in shreveport
We did all the work ourselves (except minor plumbing , the owner had their own plumber) new cabinets , framing , floor , showers , custom closets new trim , crown , exterior doors etc…

Good afternoon ladies , gentlemen and the rest of you….. we have this beautiful home for sale in mooring sport Louisiana !!! This is a fully renovated home. We remodeled the full interior and exterior.

We have a beautiful home coming soon in the mooringsport area, it is a ways from the city but it’s a good place for those who want to settle down. We perform 3rd party inspections on our homes and city inspections on major utilities such as electric and water. This is a 3 bed 1 bath / dining and living room home. This house is being renovated by madera construction which has a good reputation in the Shreveport/bossier area. We don’t cut corners, we do things the right way the first time!

First let me say we did NOT do the fascia or soffit on this house …

Looks like someone started this job but the owner called us to finish out the siding for them. A nice little siding job we completed in Minden la! It still has to be prepped and painted obviously.

This is a home we just wrapped up in shreveport. As you can tell the homeowners had some bad gutters which was causing a lot of fascia and soffit damage. We replaced all the damage we found and gave them a nice full exterior paint job and a nice new set of gutters were installed around the house !!! What a difference it made to this beautiful home 😎

Maannnnn oh mannnn… this house turned out to be a complete disaster 😂 the owner just turned me loose and said do what you can …
This is a house we completed in bossier la it is currently on the market for sale. We literally re-did the whole thing / complete gut out , added a back patio and a master bed room and a master restroom

New everything from the sheet rock , insulation, flooring , EVERYTHING !!!
Yes we do small flips to large flips

This is a nice little shower we just completed for an elderly family here in bossier la , the owner wanted safety hand rails because his wife is older and requires them. Since she has to sit to take a shower they didn’t want any glass doors because they would be in the way but we do offer that option. They also wanted more wall inserts for their extra showering needs. We also replaced/updated the plumbing for this shower.

This is a wall we did for a game warden friend of ours in bossier. We ripped out all of the vinyl siding and went back with Hardi board. We are going back to paint it whenever he decides on a color but I’m posting this because he got a good discount and you could too!! Let me tell you how!!

We love hog hunting. So if you let us come out and can guarantee us that there are hogs in that area to hunt then you will receive a nice DISCOUNT !!!!😄 just ask our game warden friends 😎
