This Exterior phase of the kitchen remodel, took the sheathing down to studs, moved & replaced all windows with Harvey 6 over 6 new construction, new sliding Harvey door & Brosco fiberglass front & side doors. Bulkhead removed & walkout doghouse installed with full electric, black storm doors installed, new vinyl siding close in color to reside the exterior. New 10' x 12' Pressure treated deck. All new matte black electrical lighting & electrical.

So to say the least this project renovation was one for the books for this company, after a long but worth it wait. We finally completed this kitchen & exterior project. Phase 4 or 5 I can't remember @ this point. We previously moved the bathroom 2 years ago to the formal dining room & opened up the back of the house for this huge open concept kitchen. Brand new 6" pre finished hardwood flooring throughout, Solid birch plywood cabinets with quartz counter tops/ backsplash. Stainless Zline appliances, gorgeous 36" stove & hood better make for proper cooking in this kitchen. Matte black accents everywhere. Built from scratch mud room area for the kids. Ben Moore paint used to finish everything off.. call for your next project...

Bringing a cabin @ camp back to life. 60+ years old all original, all new structural support & 3/4 new framing, siding, windows & doors. bedrooms completed as well as a brand new kids loft. All new electrical. Kitchen & bath to be completed in the spring. Can't wait to finish this one.. frame to finish to keep this one in the family
