Another full remodel in the books, kitchen needs some work too finish but nearly across that finish line. But all the electrical is complete with new recess lighting,closet lighting, vanity lighting, some wall and ceiling lights, new bathroom fan/lights, dimmers, decora outlet with and without usb ports, new T-stats, smoke and Co2 detectors wired throughout.

Due to some property damage, unwanted guests and activity around his property in Boston this owner decided to take action.He reached out and within a week we installed a motion detecting Security camera system. This system can give notifications, directional control, 2way talk and the ability to sound an alarm via WiFi connection and app. But also does not need WiFi to operate. Events detected are sent wirelessly to a built in receiver that then records and saves it to a Hard drive, it can be reviewed on a compact monitor. Great quality recordings and infrared-red night vision allowing the identification of the unwanted guest to be made day or night.
