After weeks of searching, negotiating, and staying patient through multiple challenges, we officially closed on an investment property.

Now the part I’m most excited about begins, bringing this property back to life. Through Mavy Home Improvement LLC, we’ll be transforming it into a beautiful, functional home that future owners can truly enjoy.

Real estate and renovation working together is a powerful combination, and this project is another step forward in our vision.

This one didn’t come easy!

It was a complex off-market deal structured through an assignment agreement that required a lot of negotiating behind the scenes.

We spent weeks searching, negotiating, submitting offers, and getting outbid. There were so many late nights trying to figure out our next move.

At one point, we even walked away from a deal we thought was “the one.” That wasn’t easy, but everything happens for a reason.

So we kept going, stayed patient, and trusted the process 🤞🏻

And now, we’ve officially CLOSED! 🏡🔑✨
