Our San Jose Branham House rebuilt project has received approvals by the County of Santa Clara. Special thanks to the owners, to the contractor Golden View Renovation and PM Elya, Structural Engineers MHA Consulting Engineers, Title 24 Symphysis Bioclimatic Design Consulting, Geotechnical Engineer Visha Consultants, Fire Protection Firemex Solutions, and to the County of Santa Clara Building Department. Excited to see this project come to life. Cheers!

Sneak peak at the recently completed San Carlos House Addition and Remodel Project. This is a short video of the primary bathroom that I call the chapel. I love the height and brightness and ephemeral feel of the space. Love all the sunlight and oak tree shadows reflecting on the wall like temporal artwork. We talk so much about layouts, materials and fixtures with the clients but these spatial, immaterial, and light filled moments bring me so much joy as an architect, and to know that the owners get to live in a beautiful well designed space makes me happy for them. Happy how the project came together, the design, the construction, the collaboration. Impressive ex*****on by Greenberg Construction. More to come!
