Next Wednesday through Friday June 27th - 29th, Katherine Downey Miller will be teaching a very unique class called Brush Work and Mark Making. Every artist has their own intuitive mark that comes out in different ways. A sensitivity of hand that develops over time and becomes identified with the artist. This class will focus on mark making with brushstrokes, why mark making and brushstrokes are important, what they do and how they can shape objects and feelings within a painting. Students will work from a still-life and photographs of the landscape.
