Hey Everyone! We have a short update on our blog. Things are going well. We are getting through warranties, with less in-house than ever before, and our newest Hopper design is proving robust! All warranty devices are receiving the internal upgrades.

Thank you for all your support!

Our order of 50,000 batteries is being produced by our manufacturer right now. We expect to receive them in May and will update you with exact dates when we have them.

Hello All.

Here is a quick update:

Hopper Labs has moved to a larger building and we are under new management. We are focused on delivering a better customer experience and perfecting our manufacturing. Our mission is still to build the best dry-herb vaporizer in the world.

As some of you know, we've had a few Hopper batches with issues. We've improved processes as necessary. We will have updates this week for any of you with a warranty device in repair.

We are deeply sorry for our previous lack of communication. We grew faster than we could handle.
