We are looking to hire for both a journeyman floor installer and a helper. We require a drivers license and to be on time everyday and to TRY at the position.
We consider a journeyman a person who has ran a job site more then 2 years, that knows how to install hardwood, sand and finish, also efficiently install lvp, laminate, tongue and groove.
Helper, we would love to find a guy that would like to learn flooring and constantly progress in the company. Initially job would include but not limited to clean up, tare outs , moving material and learning.
Both positions have 90 day reviews for raises and bonuses. Starting pay for helper is $16+ for journeyman $25+ depending on experience.
