This is a letter of recommendation for Anthony Young, President of Young’s General Contracting, LLC. Mr. Young was hired by me as the General Contractor for two major remodeling projects on my properties, which included the renovation of my single-family home and the completion of an unfinished basement. I cannot express enough how satisfied and pleased I was with the finished product. It was such a pleasant surprise to find a contractor who takes pride in his work and is honest.
Throughout the course of the renovations, Mr. Young was a consummate professional and extremely knowledgeable about every facet of his work. He was accurate in his assessment of the scale and cost of each project. There were no hidden costs at the completion of his work. Mr. Young was absolutely clear in his record keeping and time log. He kept me informed of all aspects of each deliverable. He chose and managed subcontractors on his team very well-paying close attention to details. It was easy to collaborate with Mr. Young when it came to ideas for floor plans finishing, etc. He offered many great ideas and options during the renovations. I was extremely impressed with his original designs and professional workmanship.
His team worked very efficiently and diligently to keep the projects in line and was great in communicating with me. The workspace was kept as neat and tidy as possible which was very much appreciated. It was a great experience for me to work with such a professional contractor!
I highly recommend Young’s General Contracting without reservation for other projects and would recommend his company to my family and friends.
