Time begins when I get in my vehicle to go to your project, ends when I get back in vehicle to go home. Renovations will take precedent in scheduling when I can do them, smaller jobs such as carpentry, windows, doors, repair or replacement jobs are done when time allows between renovation jobs, NO schedules are set in stone! ANY unpaid balance will be charged a penalty after 30 days. Delinquent balances will be charged lawyers fees for filing of lien on top of past due amount. Credit cards accepted with fee.
