I like that boulder. That is a nice boulder. 🫏
This Elkhorn homeowner had a front landscape on a hill — and every time it rained, the mulch washed right over the small boulders at the bottom. They'd fix it, it'd happen again. That's not a maintenance issue. That's a design issue.
So we fixed the design:
🪨 Set 1,000–2,000 lb boulders that actually hold the hill — mulch stays where it belongs
🌿 Pulled the dead Tiger Eye sumac and replanted the entire front bed
💡 Added landscape lighting to illuminate the tree and the whole front at night
🌲 Built an elevated berm in the back with Taylor junipers — so the neighbors aren't looking straight down onto their patio anymore
Privacy when they're on the deck. Curb appeal from the street. And a landscape that finally works with the slope instead of fighting it.
If your yard has a problem that keeps coming back no matter how many times you "fix" it — it's probably not you. Send us a message and we'll take a look.
