Position Description:
Seeking a full-time experienced individual to assist with the daily operations of our professional firm. This person is self-driven, well organized, detail-oriented, and most importantly maintains a positive and friendly demeanor as you will be the initial point of contact for our clients.
Essential Duties include:
-Fielding telephone calls
-Receiving and directing visitors
-Providing administrative support
-Writing contracts and submitting for permits
-Management of office supplies
-File organization & management
-Maintain an orderly and tidy office environment
-Keep our social media accounts current
-Outside errands including mail delivery, bank deposits, and picking up supplies.
Required Skills & Abilities:
-Excellent customer service and people skills
-Multiline phone system
-General knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word & Excel.
-General knowledge and experience with adobe suite including photoshop & InDesign
-College-level writing skills
-Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
-A valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle
