Disclaimer - this is a perfect example of what a tile guy has to deal with, this shower floor comes in 12x12 sheets, one side of the sheet interlocks with one side of another unless you stagger it which throws the pattern off even more on these, they were all the same sku/dye lot number meaning they are supposed to be made on same run, supposed to be same shade of color and pattern,,well as you can see some sheets are different shade tans, some different whites,, the placement of the whites changed from sheet to sheet, we decided to just lay it as it fell opposed to cutting every tile off each sheet and making a more random pattern taking days and cost for me to do that or choosing another tile that didn't match the wall tile. I whole heartedly hate tile manufacturers, some tiles are glued on sheets so horribly there's no choice but to cut them off and tile it piece by piece ,, floor and wall tiles so bowed there's nothing you can do about lippage, tiles not square causing joint lines to be inconsistent. It's a headache for sure 😒 and trust me, I spent a couple hours just trying to spin,stagger and swap sheets and this was the best outcome of them all which was laying it how it was supposed to,not staggering anything and interlocked as it was supposed to ... Mind you that these are not made by a machine, they are placed by hand glued onto a sheet of fabric. They did not care one bit, just pushing product out the door for profit.
