You know as an owner we come across a variety of personalities everyday. I try as hard as I can to be polite and nice as humanly possible but every once in a while there will be that one person that is absolutely off the chain. I had that yesterday and I must say WOW. We were hired to cut a tree down in Mapleloft in Sarasota county it wasn’t a large tree but it was large enough to be up rooting the home owners driveway and causing concern for his home. I was misled in the fact that he had the HOAs approval to remove the tree. With that being said I agreed to trim it back to make it safe for him until he could get the approval needed. This lady that lives in there has called and text repeatedly in disgust about the tree being touched. Really !!!! I am one of the tree guys that actually does not like cutting live trees down but at the same time if it’s causing property damage and is in a dangerous place then I understand the home owners concern. I really wish that people could try to understand all angles of the situation before being a complete NUT case. I was as respectful and polite as I possibly could be under the harassment that I was given from this lady. Since then she has gone on to harassment of the home owners and anyone else that will listen to her. What a freaking headache this has been I finally just blocked her.
